Orders and Return Policy


How quickly do we process our orders?

We process our orders within one business day and dispatch them within 24 hours. Tracking details will be shared with you so you can track your order.

When can you expect your order to be delivered?

We will deliver your order within a week. We deliver across the United Kingdom and all over the world.

Do you pay a delivery cost?

We add the freight costs for delivery to the total cost of your order. You do not incur any costs related to shipping and customs duties.

How do you track your orders?

Once you have placed your orders with us, we will send you your tracking details via email.

What if you are not there to receive the order?

We require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. If you think you can’t receive the order in person, provide us with an alternate address such as your workplace or relative or friend’s address. In the event you’re unavailable, the freighter will leave details. You can contact them to organize a pickup or another date for re-delivery.


If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 90 days from the order placement date for a full refund. Follow these steps to return the product:

  1. Send us an email stating your intention to return your order. Your email needs to include the following:

    • Reason to return it

      • If your reason for returning the product is because it sustained damage during transit, take a picture of the damage and attach it with the email.

    • Invoice number

    • Purchase date

  1. Ensure the product is wrapped in its original packaging and has your name and invoice number on it.

  2. Mail the order to us at our shipping address. We do not pay for the cost of shipping, so you will have to cover them.

    • If the product becomes damaged while it was being shipped to us, we recognize that it was not your fault and will follow through with either a refund or a replacement.
